Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Canvas Connection, we strive to provide a high-quality learning experience through our online classes, webinars, workshops, and art courses. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully before enrolling.
1. Course & Webinar Registration
Registration for any online class, workshop, webinar, or course is confirmed only after successful payment.
2. Cancellation by Student

Students may cancel their registration before the class or webinar begins by contacting us.

Cancellation requests must be submitted via phone or email.

Requests made after the course or webinar has started may not be eligible for a refund.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be provided under the following circumstances:

Duplicate payment made for the same registration.

Payment deducted but registration not confirmed.

A class or webinar is cancelled by Canvas Connection and no alternative session is offered.

Technical issues on our end prevent the student from accessing the class and the issue cannot be resolved.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued if:

The student misses the class or webinar.

The student chooses not to attend after registration.

Incorrect information is provided during registration.

Internet connectivity or technical issues occur on the student's device or network.

Digital course materials have already been accessed or downloaded.

The course has already commenced or been completed.
5. Cancellation by Canvas Connection
Canvas Connection reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any class, webinar, or workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, insufficient enrolments, technical issues, or instructor availability.
In such cases, participants may choose either:

A full refund, or
-
Transfer of registration to the next available session.
6. Refund Process
If a refund is approved:

The refund will be processed using the original payment method.

Refunds are generally completed within 7–10 business days, depending on the payment provider or bank.

Any payment gateway or bank processing charges (if applicable) may be deducted from the refund amount.
7. Transfer of Registration
Subject to availability, a participant may request to transfer their registration to another batch or webinar before the scheduled session begins. Approval is at the sole discretion of Canvas Connection.
